This is psycho-te---r!!! These people simply don't care about their own. Every team or contact I ask feels the same. Morale is underground, nobody wants to commit to anything because of the uncertainty. I don't know about plans or medical, but most of corporate have been doing the bare minimum for at least a month... High "leadership" will have it really hard to recover loyalty and morale of the ones who remain after all this madness is over.
It’s only going to be certain departments. My dept already did a restructuring before VSP so I’m not worried about ours but those who haven’t had one should be prepared.
