T2 Client Tech Support. Whole team was wiped out in my location. Another wave coming next week.

@nh DW is the absolute worst of all time! His ethics are highly questionable! Fiserv is his permanent vacation zone.
@gv I feel so sorry for the Credit Union clients now forced to keep working with him, but at least the banks get some relief. RM are basically useless anyway, but the AMs now rolling up to him is going to destroy our market share because no chance DD can get that wheel spinning the right way, especially not under DW.
@m3 done with these BS generic responses. This forum it’s right 30-40% of time, which isn’t bad for half the cr-p that gets posted here. But if you’re going to drop “intel”, you can provide a little bit more detail. Unless you’re MC, you should be smart enough to drop some more tangible hints and provide yourself enough cover.

They need to use AI to replace Senior Leadership. They’re useless and constantly changing. AI leadership would be 100% more accurate and efficient.
@d3 they will announce during Forum that everyone is being laid off except SVP and above. And Dhivya will get another $15 million as an extra bonus
