@gw BH is an actual human being - tough but fair - yes he has high expectations, but that’s what good leadership looks like. PT is lucky. BA is doomed
BH added nothing but chaos to Buildings. From the moment he arrived, it was constant fire drills and rearranging deck chairs. Blowing up teams and focus, then getting distracted by the "next big thing", leaving everyone wondering what the he-l to do next. What a nightmare. Best of luck to his next victims.
BH is the coolest work obsessed executive you will ever meet. He’s wicked smart and is passionate for whatever business he’s running. If there was a purge it was justified.
It has been a year since I left and I thought KW was not bad. I remember BH led a purge at Building Automation and brought operating rigor. I wonder how this would be.
Additionally, this was the same playbook prior to VK becoming CEO. HPS to BA to IA to COO to CEO.
