The stock didn't go up because Wall St was SO impressed with the Q2 earnings call.

The only increase in revenue they got is from the decrease in payroll they implemented.
Total revenue is unchanged second quarter over first quarter. They are putting lipstick on a pig by implying revenue increased by using these percentages.
Lumen is the Kruger Industrial Smoothing of the telecommunications world. Except that Kruger was actually hiring.
One thing is for sure, you will never see KJ comment on how a "difficult" decision was made to layoff long term "Lumen Humans" for the good of moving the company forward. Make no mistake, no matter what position you hold, you are just a number to her, and the minute they cut you loose she don't give a damn about what happens to you.
