CEO visits

What happens behind the scenes when CEO visits a particular location? Besides a store walk, is it just a presentation by the local store team of sales and future projections? What determines a "good" visit?

If ge came to my store I would hope it would be in the Summer when its 100 freaking degrees in there because the air conditioning hasn't worked in yrs. We have swarms of knats flying because of humidity. And water marked ceilings and holes in ceilings because of leaks everywhere. Filthy carpets, bathrooms that are barely working. YEAH CMON TONY PLEASE VISIT and listen to the customers complaining about how hot it is. Ive had customers leave because they were overwhelmed by the heat

@hk really? Because he came into one of our stores and barely spoke to anyone. Granted he was in a rush and only stayed an hour or so. So many people worked so many hours to get ready (from managers to colleagues) and he didn't even greet them. This includes managers, didnt even speak .

I worked at HQ and had several meetings with Tony. He is very smart, kind, empathetic and loves Macy's. I would also describe him as someone who is focused on customer experience and enjoys learning. To prepare for a store walk: know your sales and projections. Also share what the store is doing above and beyond expectations to drive sales. What makes your store special? Who are the customers? What are they responding to?

Take the Temecula location for example. They had someone visit. These stores typically indicate the NN75 locations. Let me know if any other stores had visits from 2025-present.
In some cases, represents the lower end of F125.

If your store hasn't had a visit, it is considered go-forward part of the 350 fleet / or in a bad case part of the non go-forward.

Also, is it true the closing plan is extended to the 2029 fiscal year .
