Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

At this Point.. Take it Personally

In corporate settings, toxic behavior rarely stems from ignorance. Adults in leadership positions know when they are micro-managing, publicly correcting, dismissing input, or shifting goalposts.

Organizations often grant "grace" downward, expecting employees to absorb poor managerial behavior under the guise of "leadership style" or "stress," while treating an employee's emotional reaction or boundary as a performance issue. This asymmetric tolerance erodes psychological safety and corrupts institutional security.

When bad behavior is ignored at the leadership level, it signals professional accountability and workforce engagement practices are optional for the powerful.

@10w He can go back to assembling shelves at Home Depot or cleaning offices with his wife. That's all he's qualified for.

@j8 oh there are promotions, those that are nasty managers and harass others get promoted!! Now the little people like us that do all the work do not get promoted or really even a fair salary, while those who are bad eggs get all the money!

@r3 Can’t wait any longer! Once they get fired, they are not able find a job anywhere, not even at Stop & Shop next door.

Power and greed make for terrible leadership, there is no respect of anyone lower that management, you are a number not a human being

@j6 palm bay is also a sh-t hole. No promotions... many of us didnt get merit raises... they monitor our badge swipes, our browsing activity, even have a hall monitor going around to see who is physically in their seats at work.. its a full surveillance state. Middle management is clueless. Upper leadership just reorgs hoping that will fix it.. everyone just needs to get a clue

Why do all of these posts seem to circle back to Clifton when bad management is the topic? That place must be a sh-t hole.

@gk unqualified engineers and supervisors make under-qualified “sh*tty” managers look “smarter “. They belong to Clifton. They stay at Clifton because they are losers who are unable to find any jobs at any other places. Talented people belong to a better company!

Sounds like Clifton. The leadership there, ALL OF THEM, are part of the same dirty clique. They've gone far enough to fabricate things about employees who disagree with them. They lie to protect each other. They lie about their own qualifications too. Clifton has to be the only place we've ever seen where terrible supervisors who have committed illegal actions are actually hired back after being laid off!
They're so arrogant, they don't even try to hide it.
If L3HARRIS was serious about stopping the talent bleed, they would get rid of ALL of them.

Yes, I did take it personally. I left L3harris recently because the bad and evil behavior has been ignored or even encouraged by the leadership. Dishonest “engineers “ keep claiming the credits that hard working people earn. Many high performers in my team quit due to the frustration and anger. One day when the boat eventually sink and when the leadership finally realizes what they have done to all their good sailors, it will be too late. They will go down with the sinking boat and no one will save them!
