So tired of freeloaders...

I am not sure what this generation expected raising a family would be like or holding a full time job requires. Men went to war and women went to the factories in the second world war to make America trillions. How were their kids raised?

I am unable to do my best work at Fidelity due to all the silos and gatekeeping and now no one is available to execute installs that are only possible post market hours. I don't want any overtime or extra pay, that's ridiculous. What do you think the profit sharing and year end bonus and shares are?

If you can't hold a full time job and raise a family, quit one of the two. The whole country/ economy has been structured around automobile sales and consumerism. Where do you think the salaries of their janitorial and catering staff comes from? Have some empathy, you have already subscribed to the idea of capitalism, corporate America and overworked exceptionalism. What time off?

@je who said anything about thinking their irreplaceable? Why can't you understand that some people are unhappy about RTO or at least the way Fideilty has handled this without making up some story about people thinking they're irreplaceable to make yourself feel better? I don't know anyone who thinks their irreplaceable, To ignore the fact that some with decades of experience have domain and business experience that someone straight out of school or walking in off the street has is ignorant. While not irreplaceable that is in fact worth something to Fideilty whether they want to acknowledge it or not.

You are an a--hole and need to go away. I have no issues with RTO but most of my BU's issues are with the older folks who somehow think they are irreplaceable rather than younger folks. Perhaps YOU are the problem....
