Well, I've been cough, cough working 1/2 office, but really back home with my kids... You know back to school week, gotta represent being a good parent. Everyone is doing it

I am just sitting here waiting for the next set of changes, cuz this Sh*t is going to start over under the new leadership...maybe this needs to be reported to AP. It is theft of company time and mgr should be investigated for letting it happen..with all the time off, you have to be pretty close or over your given time...d'oh!!! but you don't record it properly

Best way to get out of 5 days RTO. Unlimited illness, unlimited caregiver, 1/2 office 1/2 vac and not coming in, if I don't update MOOSE, no one knows I am not in the office. Make sure your manager isn't in the same office as you and no one will suspect a thing...#freedom

@k2 well if you are over 40 in tech you can find yourself gone very fast.

You and your Manager should be out the door. I have seen some folks use every Care Giver day by the first half of the year and even suggest to some they had taken a cruise during that time and our Manager does not blink an eye. They also use up all their sick time by 2Q and take a half day here and there. Work from home when their children, wife, parent, in-law or dog is sick. One woman in our group has probably not worked a full week this whole year while others are commuting over an hour, eating lunch at their desk daily and making sure they work at least 8 to 9 hours a day. Such disparity and everyone sees this blatant misuse of benefits and bending of the rules which does not go unnoticed.

Company debt could be 100% eliminated by getting rid of any person doing time theft, coffee badging, using auto clickers and mouse movers.

It's every company. 60% + do absolutely nothing.

So many of us quietly agree and do what the OP is doing because most of us have long lost our loyalty and dedication to this company. Many of us laugh at ourselves about how stup1d we were to think any different when we were young and inexperienced.

Funny how it's so easy to get away with so many paid days off for so many reasons, and when I do work, I do the very minimum just to not get fired. And I don't give a fck about anything at work other than the continuation of my paychecks and benefits. I totally don't care about how the a$$kissing bootlickers say cr@p about me being lazy, unethical or blah blah blah... I just don't care.

There are many at T who still have side gigs like my coworker who is real estate broker. He is doing very well. Somehow he is able to play RTO policy and see his clients at at same time being on T payroll.

The more the nootlickers say about this the funnier it is. And the funniest part is, most of us just don't give a fu-k. Yeah we take all the paid days off for all the possible reasons more than vacation and sick days, any there's lots of ways to not work and still get paid without getting fired. We laugh at bootlickers who actually think they matter.
