@OP Their fragile egos couldn’t handle being PIPped out. Can you imagine the shame at the country club? 😂

@mp would disagree, out of all of them RB is thr most decent. Hes actually empathetic and treats staff well.

If you haven't noticed LT has been doing this and there's been big shakeups for the last 2 years.

@mp RB plays with AI every single day. He told us that himself.

EB seems light on accomplishments for someone that's expected to be CEO. Perhaps her? I would suggest CTO RB as well, since he's basically invisible as well. What does he even do?

@d2 That’s just it….:don’t really think “THEY” did anything. Hopefully there is a good corp factor next year because even though we have had record profits, company morale is at record lows.

@bt well with LC not being ELT and is lower in the org chart, he is irrelevant in this thread. But I see you IT losers still think about him all day.

@ch I don’t think he or she is arguing otherwise. The point was that in a year like this, how do you PIP the CEO and OPG when they’ve made the most money ever for the company.

@ar This was purely coincidence……nothing of MW or MN doing’s had anything to do with record profits.

All of them are absolutely awful. LC the CIO is especially bad with absolutely no spine. He doesn't fight for or care about the people he leads. Terrible person!

@bg you want to fire all oil execs who are all benefiting from these events because they just got lucky? GD- got something to complain about when you’re about to get a huge CIP next year. Some people can never be satisfied. Just leave.

Taking credit for record profits that stem from fortuitous oil prices is a red flag.

@ar I vote LL, MC and the rest of the Corp. Affairs LT.

As much as everyone despises MKW and MN, chevron just had the best ever quarter of financial performance due to world events. How are you going to rank them poorly?

Perhaps TPE or HR? Legal?

Wow that would be great, would love to see the forced reductions from that effort.
