And because of that SAP needs to hire more Indians.

They should all be abolished, we have some of the highest Gen Z unemployment rates in history right now.

100% agree, I don’t see how any position in Customer Success would meet the Department of Labors requirements for a H1.. It’s Fraud on a huge scale.. This company should be held accountable along with many more..

@a8 but project Fuji only plans layoffs in Product and Engineering roles. That's why HPOM was done to bring these roles together for an eventual "optimization exercise".

Any customer success role. Sales, pre sales, and csms, that includes all managers in these orgs..

All H1Bs need to be abolished immediately! There are thousands of qualified hard-working Americans that are available now, considering the amount of layoffs happening currently!
