My manager has been kind of evasive on this topic saying maybe he can get us in a hybrid mode. What has been your managements direction on return to office? I understood its all of us no matter what!

9/8 for Discover people it's being enforced, if you weren't going into a Discover/C1 people center already.

Capone will mandate you go into an office whether it be in Illinois, VA, California, DC, and anyplace else. If you live within 50 miles of an office you have to go into that office 3x a week. If you don't live within an office you have to relocate so you can do hybrid.
Otherwise, your management has to fike an exception. Forcing employees to do hybrid is the quickest way to fire them.
No, we are Discover employees on the IT side - so we have still been remote.
