It won't be. HR will not rest till they have laid off all non-AI development roles or anyone who doesn't use AI. The only non-AI role that's well regarded at SAP is HR. It's the safest role. They're using AI token spend per role to determine who should be axed, it's better that you start spending tokens even if you don't need to in your day-to-day job. Ask others in the role to do the same. If the average token usage for a role is low, they will try to get rid of the roles. If a resource's token is low compared to other resources then they will likely get laid off. So keep your token usage high. Look online on tips on how to increase token usage. Be sure to only do safe browsing using your work computer. They are also monitoring web usage on every computer using walkme which is automatically installed on all SAP computers. Busy employees are in a teams meeting or have good browser habits or use high tokens during work hours. If your usage of any of these three is low, you may get axed. Even if you and a colleague are at the office, use an MS Teams meeting between you and have transcription. That way the system thinks you are working. Offline meetings cannot be tracked so they are not considered as work. HR did not get permission to add cameras at German offices to monitor if people are working or not.
