DDAT in Self Preservation Mode

DDAT locking down claude code and cutting off use by business teams that have already been using and have built substantial workflows of value at a fraction of the cost or that DDAT probably previously told them they couldn’t do right now…or they didn’t know how to do it… the AI revolution… it’s beginning…

Health 100 doesn’t own the data… it’s a window to the data that requires someone to authorize to open. You can cut your connection and stop sharing data to health 100 at any time. It’s still owned by the data source.

@w3
The sad part is that the majority of people now stuck in DDAT with no experience outside pharmacy and healthcare have no place to go. Alot of people got comfortable in their ancient IT castles.

Health 100 is now stealing everything from DDAT in the same way DDAT stole all of their data and structure from the core businesses. DDAT will be strip mined until it’s just a basic and inefficient infrastructure with a massive managed services and consulting bill around its neck.

Health 100 breaks out of CVSH as an independent IPO or LMBO with TM, PS, and Sri in charge, and ends up owning all of CVS/aetna’s valuable data, and CVSH on the hook to keep paying Health 100 to use the data that they used to own.

What will remain of CVSH is dying retail, unsustainable travel doctors, nurses in a closet, a PBM that’s going to be legislated out of existence after Trump, and then Aetna gets sold off as a book of business.

Whatever is left of American healthcare is going to be administered overseas using data stolen out from under us to power an AI monster that dangles coupons for $1.00 off of wellmarket popcorn as it sends you to an early grave
