Is there a class action waiver in the arbitration agreement? Foreseeing potential violations with how these layoffs have been handled the past couple years. Would be interesting to look into class wide relief.

Any idea on the impacted departments and headcount? Stock price is dropping and can only imagine how much it will plummet after the earnings call. New ban on any new sales for foreign inverter manufactures doesn’t look like it will a good outcome for Sunrun.
