Remember, at the end of the day everyone is replaceable. Never think you aren't. Don't ever work harder than you think you should. Just get your work done, go home be with family , take care of your health before any damn job. Sometimes less is more.

100% correct. You give 50 - 60 hours a week, travel, miss birthdays and anniversaries, and what do you get in return? Your job has been eliminated and you have 2 hours to collect your stuff because you will be locked out of the system then.
Then, those leaders who preached we are family never reach out to see how you’re doing or even offer to be a recommendation.
Loyalty to a company is never returned. Ever.
