This was already discussed in 2025, but wanted to get people's thoughts on how this would impact the Siemens Healthineers business?
Is it because Siemens AG doesn't see the Healthineers business as very promising? Would this move potentially lead to budget cuts/lay-offs for Healthineers folks?

It would benefit us from the perspective that we won’t have Germanys 1900 era policies and practices making us more efficient the scary part is losing the financial backing but I heard Germany will still retain over 60% interest versus the initial 30% announced.
Seems more like they want to raise cash for other investments. So the divestment should not have direct impact on how the company operates and they are not planning to exit entirely, just reduce the stake to raise cash
