@334 The internal culture within the Category Management/Technology teams has significant challenges right now. Category Management team is hard to please, as they're asking for everything but have no clue what their strategy is. (Disconnect between their Online and Store Business) Also, teams operate in silos with poorly defined roles and responsibilities, which creates friction.
