When is the last date to return the laptop? Is there a strict deadline? Still haven’t returned it because I didn’t get a box from ups yet.

I had to send an email to get tbe boxes sent to me. I didn't think there'd be a way to remove the NetApp profile so they were useless to me.
I've collected like 4 laptops from netapp over the years. They don't want them back.
just keep it and google how to remove the profiles
