How this company is so backwards. We got another ”people team” leadership. How many have we had in the last 6 years?? The out of touch CEO have no clue how bad it is here and no career trajectory for anyone unless you are a former GS executive or best pal with the EC.

The tally counter resets every 4 weeks, but it is NOT monthly.. smh. such a joke. It was embarassing having to explain several times to friends/family that I had to go to the office to make up a day I took off 2 weeks ago even though I paid for that day off out of my vacation balance. I guess someone has to buy $19 dollar new york salads in order to ensure the businesses stay open and the commercial landlords get paid, right?
