You are not stuck. Take some ownership of you situation and do something about it. Or like the previous poster said...go ahead and stand there to bleed out while the world moves on.
Interview elsewhere. Best time to look for a job is when you have one.

Ford is not the only employer. Stay up to date with your skills, then more doors will open.
Same here. She makes almost as much and has much better health insurance.
