Honestly, who TH comes here to ask about MIP structure?
At Mattel, if you can NOT be satisfied with the salary, benefits, dysfunction organization or work you do, time to leave. If you want change, get involved with major shareholders to initiate meaningful change.
They’re minimizing our bonus to cover the second promotion in a year for the guy who’s working you into the ground with zero resources. What’s left after that is your bonus. So it is simple. Just messed up they’re floating it mid year for work we’ve already completed
So nothing changed. 😆
