There were layoffs in CDM again. Anyone know how many? If you were impacted, it will likely list the roles and number in your separation document.

They don’t care about the people just the revenue if that company could they would move everyone out of the US that is the plan replace in lower cost countries to increase perceived revenue and lower employee costs.
All those affected roles are moving overseas, mainly India. Sacrificing quality for the bottom line. Clients who care about quality are going to have serious issues with this.
Personally I know of layoffs with roles of Sr Manager CDM, CDM PM, CDTL, aCDTL, Sr CDA, CDA II, all US-based. They are great people and high achievers. Absolutely shameful on Thermo Fisher considering the +10% Q2 YOY revenue growth and surpassing expectations in CRG. These are the colleagues who brought you these results.
