Hey bootlickers! Please stop monitoring where everyone sits. Someone reported me that I'm working from the cafeteria. Hey MF you obviously have ZERO work to do to care that much. Joke is in you, my manager don't even care where I sit. And yes I'm gonna sit by the snacks, the sun, away from you. WTF this place is he-l.

@cv or if you want a permanent desk, you gotta come in 5 days a week and no remote.
@a3 at my break i went to the conference rooms and took photos at different angles of tables, chairs, walls, the floor with and without lighting on.
Main purpose was use these pictures for background for my own personal AI adult videos I made and use. Started as a hobby back in '19 actually. Worked on these in my downtime. Still working on some today with the remaining footage. Super imposed different things into scenes into stories fantasies if you will. But nobody will ever believe me though.
@hg well with joined with other teams, they are so loud, you really can't help hearing it. It's the hear yourself talk just to hear yourself.
I remember just about everyday it'd be quiet then you can hear em get off the elevator chatting, down the hall, at the desks all day long. It's a wonder nobody ever developed laryngitis.
For some groups that probably would be a good idea. But some of us are in geographically distributed teams due to customer location, and as you said we shouldn't be sharing with other groups. Thanks CPG for taking all the offices away. Marvelous.
I think they want you to sit with your team so confidential conversations stay within the team. It’s awkward when you have to discuss sensitive for this team only information while sitting in an open area with people from all different teams.
@ee where are all the regulators. Location strategy...that many layoffs and done in away not to trigger the warn act...something to be wary of.
I bet there's some underlying issue.
@ae OP here the joke is deep in their azzz 🤘
It’s inhumane years from now there will be documented psychological studies on the impacts. Is workplace abuse.
They refuse to assign desks, but then demand that you sit where they want. There's no way to make it make sense, and of course that's exactly how they want it. The torment is the lone objective, clearly.
We had moved up to an area where there was unassigned seating. Weren't really given any instructions other than report there first thing Monday morning (we moved from a previous floor).
Arrive and under that assumption picked a seat and then management came in and started freaking out.
To the effect, even though it's unassigned we all need to sit together. Preferably the seat you pick stay in it, we have to keep everyone together.
Some weird rule about staying with the group during a fire drill and rules about having to let someone know if you're staying OT after hours and who is staying. A manager has to be there etc.
Didn't really make a lot of sense. I worked jobs where I'm on my own with interacting with other people yes females if anyone is concerned and no management around. What they think will happen especially these days?
I can't even get some people to be friends on social media, so I think 'that' is the least of anyones worry.
Ahh yes the day and life of a center building employee.
I work from the can, even bring my own personal sh-t to meetings. Flush once if you think the managing directors have a great idea!
People in Chandler - You better stop hoarding the offices, focus rooms, and other areas. It's the same ones day after day.
Bootlickers are cowards and sc-m.
Nope. Won't be changing that any time soon. I'm not going to spend my day sitting around plebeians like you. Find a way to live with it.
The joke isn't even on them, its IN them.
How dare someone work and eat at the same time to stay productive. /s
People need to mind their own business. I don't work for you, or with you, and I'm busy. Go away.
Who the heck did the report to? And was that person smart enough to laugh directly in their face and tell them to stop wasting their time with that BS?
I don’t mind if you work in the cafeteria but people stop making the touch point and focus rooms your personal offices for the day! I and others can’t find an open one when we need one. Fu--ing entitled spoiled brats! Every one of them should get an IM.
