Fiserv, Inc. (FISV) is trading at approximately $52.44 per share, hovering near the bottom of its 52-week range.

  • Stock OverviewCurrent Price: ~$52.44
  • 52-Week Range: $47.04 – $138.85
  • Market Capitalization: ~$27.87 billion
  • P/E Ratio (TTM): ~10.04
  • Analyst Average Price Target: ~$61.79, indicating potential upside from current levels

Market Context

  • Recent Pressure: The stock has faced downward momentum following weaker quarterly results, a trimmed full-year outlook, leadership changes, and activist investor pressure from JANA Partners.
  • Analyst Sentiment: Consensus rating leans toward a cautious "Hold" as the market watches for stabilization and execution on turnaround strategies.

And if anyone has been watching the Stock price and outlook, they will know it has been sliding.
The stock is about 10 years out, if ever, to get to $100.

I would, if it felt like the company cared, and they allowed me to give more. There is so much red tape, and restrictions, even if I put the accelerator all the way down, I would spend more time just spinning my wheels.

OP, you're delusional for thinking that the stock will ever crack $200. It's even more unrealistic that it'll ever creep above $100.

Start with exiting the Vice Chairmans that are hanging around! We have had 2 that seem to never leave.. IT and Sales are in the ditch and we have two supposed "legends" overseeing both. What a JOKE! Bye Bye Chris and Guy.

@OP

🥾👅, I have not, and will not, "do a little more" for cruddy Fiserv and the bloated executive compensation packages.

You, as always, are free to pick up my slack, if you have the courage of your convictions.

Hopefully Jana cleans this place out. Too many execs with "I get a huge payout if some other person leaves by a certain date" clauses in their contracts. Who was the clown who even approved that contract? Seems like a huge conflict of interest. Meanwhile, entire grades were cheated out of even a small raise. Nice one, FiScam.

I Don’t think Jana is a good thing necessarily. Fiserv is broken from top to bottom. If Jana truly knew the real situation I think they would sell and move on.

Or, you could sell your shares for a loss and invest in a different company that could be actually growing.
