If it’s going to happen just let it happen already.
Any precedent to whether they do layoffs on Mondays or Fridays? I’ve seen both at other orgs.

@d2 they're actually on track for what they said back in May so I dont think this is slow. Theyve been working on splitting the company in to 3 separate business units. I would imagine it was important to do this first and give it time to analyse how its working before finalising the numbers to cut. That as well as everything else it takes to run an international multi billion dollar a year company.
@d2 well I hope he gets a move on cus it's wearing my patience now to be honest
It's never ending bullsh-t with this company. They need to just get it over and done with as its wrecking morale in the whole company
We understand layoffs are coming but just get it done and stop talking non stop about it and dragging it out.
I'm convinced this long drawn out process is simply to wear people's mental health down so they quit and that's 1 less person needing a severance package.
Enrique has the execution speed of a slow geriatric man
In 2023 and in 2024 the layoffs were announced on a Tuesday
The 15% layoff in Q1 by Alex was postponed, and now Enrique is so indecisive with a turtle execution speed.
Who knows. They used to announce layoffs on a Tuesday.
They are just fu--ing with people now to make people lose the will to live and quit without any severance
Monday is a bank holiday in Ireland with a lot of employees Ooo.... so I cant imagine they would announce them on a day where most of the employees are off ?
isn't Monday in India have there been any layoffs there
