Most people I've seen are in the 35-50 range, not really age discrimination there is it? Also those older folks might've put themselves up for layoffs, don't just assume there is age discrimination just because you want it to be true. Be careful of starting a lawsuit that could cost you your entire savings.
These types of age discrimination lawsuits are difficult to procecute. With that said, you can reach out to a labor attorney. Most don't charge for an initial consultation.
How do you know that the majority who were laid off were of a certain age or older? I doubt you know the majority of the 2600 ppl that were let go. Of the 10+ people I know that were laid off, nine are in their 30s-40s and one in their 60s. I feel terrible for those affected but you’re grasping at straws.
