Anyone hearing anything about layoffs coming in August? Or will they wait until the normal Fall rifs for the next large round of rifs?

It would be quicker to ask if there will be a month without layoffs. Answer: no.
They do layoffs every month.
My director treats so poorly, I don't know what to do.
Layoffs are often timed with the quarterly fiscal reporting schedule. Execs want to get their bonuses and want to try to pretend Elevance doesn’t su-k so the easiest way for them to do that is to destroy some peasants lives and cut jobs.🙁
I think they always do layoffs in August.
