Been noticing that entire teams have disappeared and replaced by an AI Jira agent. Which means the work usually taken care of by that team is now my responsibility. How am I supposed to be efficient if I am a single person doing HR work, IT work and then my core work?

HR is a bunch of puppets, just use AI for the correct phrasing to tell the employee what they want to hear with a QC CYA basis. Ask your fav AI bot how to figure IT needs, it's pretty accurate. Then you can get back to ordering you boss lunch and arranging their schedule.
Even AI is an H1B at QCOM.
How will you replace the QCOM stench with AI?
