I heard some people got two invites and others only got 1..
@bp My guess is something will come out shortly in the news about sale or something. Product rep group is first so they get the message to the client right then they go to development. Guess we will know in 20 minutes.

There are separate meetings for different groups because they will each be told the companies they are sold to.
@bj How much longer will the Board put up with her sheer incompetence? They bear a a share of the responsibility here as well for keeping her d-mb @ss around.
@be Rebadge means you are offered a take it or leave it opportunity to be hired as a contractor with a company (Cognizant or Zensar) affiliated with FIS. You will no longer be an FIS employee. Search the board for many discussions on this.
When was Stephanie’s last townhall? Is she too afraid to try and spin her “it is working” BS to the masses that have seen what she’s done to the company? Top woman in fintech but can’t meet with her employees. She’s a joke and most of her team is as well. She’s lost confidence from the street and her own team. Take your money and go Stephanie. You’ve cost your employees and stockholders way too much money. We are better off without you and take Bob and Kelly with you.

Professional services meeting is at 11:10 est. Tech dev meeting is 11:45. Looks like multiple meetings for different groups. Heard it post earnings call but seems shady

I work for FIS but will be getting RIF’d. Last day is Aug 31st. Been with the company 25 years. I see the stock has fell 11 points since last Friday, this is not good. I’ve been thinking they are selling to another company.
Think it’s rebadging capital markets teams to another company. Look at the invite

I just received a meeting invite for 10:45 ct titled “Business Update”. There seems to be multiple calls being setup.
“I just want to be clear though, it’s not a capital markets segment sale. It is looking at products within the segment that don’t fit the overall company strategic profile.”
10 minute leadership prep call, then wider distribution call at 10 past hour
Announced on earnings call that FIS will not provide a formal 2027 outlook. FIS is now officially cooked.
Seems Capital Markets was the problem child per the earnings call. So FIS are announcing " an evaluation of strategic alternatives of select Products" that don't fit the long term strategy.
