Can someone shed some light on the schedules?! Im not one who was eligible for vsp, but my coworker is but she did NOT take the vsp. Neither of us can see our schedule past 9/4!!! I have not been giving a separation date, an RIFD notice or a meeting with my supervisor. This is weird as previously ive been able to see my schedule at least 2 months out

Schedule schedule.... IEX you can usually see at least two months out on your IEX schedule. So they are saying they don't see anything past a certain date on their schedule. My schedule only goes up to September 25th after that I have no schedule.
@b9 I can't see my schedule past September 25th. CSA
@b9 At this point do you still really think they are that organized?
@b7 but wouldn’t it make sense to only remove the schedules for the people who are leaving??
@av Nope. Regardless of management changes, schedules aren’t out because some people won’t be here. They won’t put schedules out for anyone and have to remove some later.
Later.
Are you referring to click by any chance? Ive seen they are moving to a different software
Could me your boss will be gone and because of restructuring you will have a different leader after the 4th,?
They are restructuring to flatten the organization, remove some useless management levels.
@as it is normally viewable. Back in April i could see my schedule for 2 months out. Its was there previously
op Do you know if the schedule was there before and it is not now or nothing new uploaded. That could make a difference they may have not uploaded anything new yet for the who team. It does seem odd if it is normally viewable.
They can’t put in schedules because some of you will be gone. Adiós.
@ag um no smarta**…….if you actually read wtf what said you clearly see i said the schedule in NICE is gone for the month of September and down the line!!! I could see my whole schedule for months out now my coworker and i dont see anything past 9/4
@OP what do you mean sched?? its the same you have always worked. never heard of a weekly or bi-weekly sched here ever
Layoffs happen on Thursdays, I'd wager a guess that you'll have new a meeting invite sometime that day.
😬 That sounds concerning…
@a4 in NICE where time off manager is
@a5 the schedule in NICE, where time off manager is
What do you mean by schedule?
Where is the schedule you’re referring to located?
@a2 nope. We havent had a team in almost 2 months. But i do see the sups in a meeting nearly everyday
@OP Do you have any upcoming team meetings that might be titled differently?
