Investor Day - what's up with that?
Was supposed to be mid 2026. When is it happening and why is it getting pushed out?
How do you know a person has been RIF'd?
I watched a Senior Director that was supposed to work all week go from green this morning to the gray x. Their schedule is blocked off indefinitely (I was going to schedule a meeting).
What are the tells?
No schedule past September 25th
So I can see my schedule but on September 28th it shows no data available and I thought we could see our schedules up to 2 months in advance but I could be wrong. I'm wondering if this means getting laid off in September???
Schedule change
Can someone shed some light on the schedules?! Im not one who was eligible for vsp, but my coworker is but she did NOT take the vsp. Neither of us can see our schedule past 9/4!!! I have not been giving a separation date, an RIFD notice or a meeting with my supervisor. This is weird as previously ive been able to see my schedule at least 2 months out
Managers are managing 10x
I’ve been with this company for 11 years, and I’m genuinely proud of that. Centene gave me opportunities to grow—I worked in multiple departments, earned several promotions, and in all that time I’ve never received a write-up, a warning, or any form of disciplinary action. I’m even walking away from 140 hours of unused sick time.
What’s interesting is that after accepting my departure and joining the 9/4 exit group, my PL has suddenly become extremely micromanaging. Procedures that have been in place for months are now being scrutinized, and things that were never an issue before are suddenly worthy of concern.
Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but it does make me wonder if there’s an effort to build a paper trail or find reasons to let people go before their scheduled end date. I sincerely hope that’s not the case.
Hour requirement?
One of my friends in merch told me there is a team who is being required to be there from 8 to 5 on RTO days. That was never a requirement before the pandemic and I’m wondering if that true for all of merch. I anticipate everyone will be on 3-4 days RTO soon, but I think specific mandated hours are insane. Schedules shift day to day for families. Is this true? Do I need to look for a new company?
AT&T Layoffs - More to come!
They moved people out of real estate to WFH to get the real estate off the books end of 2nd quarter. Not because there has been a change of heart for RTO. Confirmed, a large WFH group. Shift bid completed early June NOT fully released. Company seems to be releasing 2 - 3 weeks of schedule. Normally, they would release about 3 month. This not an indicator of restructuring. #WFH #AT&T #AT&TLayoffs
Future layoff schedule
WF will replace it's biweekly pay schedule with a semi-monthly one starting January 2027. How will this affect the layoff calendar? The current predictable "Tuesday after the payday" would become harder to track given the irregular nature of the new schedule; i.e., the payday can fall on any day of the work week. Perhaps the layoffs will also occur on a semi-monthly basis, like around certain dates of each month?
Quality of Life at Macys
I love how they talk about flexible schedules and quality of life at Macys. Quality of life should not include having to work EVERY FREAKING WEEKEND. Unless you use all your vacation days or promise your first born to an associate to switch with you, which is rare, you WILL WORK EVERY WEEKEND. Captains in my store get a weekend a month off. Why can't the automatic system do the same for Selling associates. Its ridiculous. I don't expect to have every weekend off but one weekend off a month would be nice. Cmon MACYS we have no air conditioning so at least give us this!!!!
Housecall Layoffs?
My schedule has gotten slow in June and and only a few members scheduled for July
Any Housecall layoffs occurring??
New Advisory Fee Schedules?
Anyone else’s fee schedules get blown out? Anyone only see modest fee increases? Drop the fee schedules below.
Another attempt at weaning out the workforce
Anyone else find the flexibility hours unnerving? Since when did they change hours of operation to 5am-6pm ct? As far as I knew it was 5am-10pm ct. I’ve always worked a later shift that no longer falls within their new hours of operation.
Juneteenth
Are we going to have a schedule bid for Juneteenth like we had for Memorial day.
something is amiss
earnings call is still may 13. that hasn't changed.
but g2's thing on may 21 canceled, beyond the numbers moved into that timeslot, and a beat scheduled for the original timeslot of beyond the numbers on the same day now? they're doing a beat and beyond the numbers back to back?
4-10's
Coming to mechanical soon
RTO
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
Something to watch for
How and when is the May Beat scheduled. It's typically scheduled about a month out and we're already at the end of April without that. If we get an invite in a few days for one at the end of May, you can probably assume that nothing super dramatic is planned in May. If it comes out late and is a short notice beat scheduled for just after earnings you might go hmmmmm even though nothing is certain. This is not a prediction. It's just something to watch for.
Anyone hearing of 5 day RTO being announced?
With or without set daily schedules?
upcoming forecast for our schedules
Since these managers are using bullsh-t excuses about forecast on our schedules and when to take our breaks. Guess they can forecast when my next pi-s and sh-t breaks are gonna be? Cause you know.. my body works oh so well on the bullsh-t random breaks they want you to go on. Perhaps the managers will receive a special goodie bag and can forecast on some lemonade and brownies.
Can we stop with the last minute changes please?
My schedule gets flipped around constantly and I'm so tired of it. Meetings move all the time, deadlines jump forward, and it's messing with everything else in a way that makes my job much, much harder than it should be. Why the he-l is it so hard to stick to a set schedule?
Schedule/Availability
Any other housecall APCs notice they don't have a schedule in practitioner portal after May? Seems odd, and wasn't that way last year or years prior I would not be mad at being laid off, as I've been looking hard since beginning of this year for a new role.

8 & Skate - Give me a detailed description of your daily routine, and how you structure your day.
Why Our 6‑Month Schedule Is So Confusing
We get a schedule every six months but nobody ever says it’s set in stone, so the bosses can change stuff whenever they feel like it. That makes it really hard to know what to work on or even plan anything outside of work. The “perks” and rules keep getting moved around too, and it just feels like nothing is solid. I think we need a clear time slot that stays the same and a simple way to tell us when things actually change.
Additional 2026 Layoff Dates
Can anyone confirm if the following dates are planned surplus announcement dates?
4/22/26
6/19/26
8/19/26
10/2/26
11/4/26
I just saw something that makes me pretty sure these are planned surplus announcement dates.
Offices closing
Why are the six Sabre offices closed tomorrow (Thursday and Friday)?
My manager informed me to be prepared for tomorrow
After several hours of trying to figure out my situation, and finding this site, I decided to post here.
My manager informed me that I would be meeting with his manager on Wednesday to be informed that I will be let go due to the shift to India. He said there was several staff in this small team that would be let go. I'm still reeling from this. I know the writing has been on the wall since Mike's announcement, but it hit super hard today.
I don't have a meeting scheduled with this person for tomorrow, and don't have a good relationship with this director. He is an a-s. However, all my reviews are very positive. How can this happen ?
I guess my manager has trust in me and it is not in his control, but WTF, my reviews are excellent, and the India team has no clue what I do as there is no principal engineers.
Seems like layoffs are pretty minimimal this quarter
Usually - at least the last 6 years - layoffs have been rampant starting end of 4th and in 1st quarter. Haven't heard much about it lately, and not even on here. I'm wondering if it's because Maverick is so far behind schedule and/or they are now under the 100k employee mark?
Does snow day count as in-office?
Since people working in Charlotte were told to work from home Monday, does that count as one of our in office days? I had appointments scheduled midday Thursday and Friday since I was planned to work from home and there's no way I can make 8 hours in office those days.
P&T lift and drift moved early, your thoughts?
So original this was scheduled for June July, but now March. What’s behind the rush?
Town hall
Does anyone have a town hall meeting in their schedule for first week of November
Shift bids
Shift bids at the end of the month?anyone know any information?
Hybrid changes
Read the results of the survey 44,000 employees took and in the section that comments about the hybrid schedule makes it sound like there may be some adjustments to it, even though they are committed.
Flexible schedule
Any word if flexible schedules will be eliminated 2026? It’s one of the biggest incentives the company currently offers.
Who decides the training catalog?
What an inordinate amount of training. There's 1-2 literally due every week. Sometimes it's 6-7 per month. In Dec alone, I have done 6 so far. No one learns anything like this. Some id--t somewhere is checking the boxes, and the entire firm is going along with it. What is this show for? Regulators? I've been at other banks. No one has such a busy training schedule
