Same in our org in ATL… that a few organizations got “their cut number” & know they will make it already by people who can’t take it anymore and have asked to be put on the list for next round so they can get 6 months pay they otherwise wouldn’t have received
Leadership has no idea how much fat there is and the numbers they’re giving are nothing because the majority of the work has been outsourced — this company doesn’t do the balance act very well.
They outsource and keep same amount of people. In fact in Atlanta we downsized employees just recently and are RE-hiring from
the outside. It’s all about who L3 & 4 like. Make no business sense…

Yup. My director has more volunteers for the next round of layoffs then is required. She’s going to have to tell some of them ‘sorry. You’re stuck here. Until possibly the next round’.
Starlink is going to take away some customers, revenue will drop and so will the stock price.
Change is coming to the RTO policy or the company will fail.
Anyone still here is only holding on for MR75 or actively looking at other opportunities. Some held out in hopes that RTO was going to blow over. They see it won’t so that’s why you’ve seen the mass exodus in the first half of this year. Expect it to accelerate and those who remain to be crushed with workload.
In 12 months? Stock sub $20, 30% less employees. I doubt I’ll be here in 12 months.
