@f3 do not think how nyc warn operate that way.
posted in August. notice given in Jan. laid off in April. We all came to know of in August but they were already laid off and gone.
In NJ, posted in August but laid off is October. we know what is happening now rather than 6 months later
@eb warn typically means posted in Sep means employees given notice in Sep but will be on rolls for warn period 60-90 days. They are gone, can’t login and lost access.
Those are for folks notified 90 days prior, and are serving out the paid non working period until Sept. Not new layoffs.
There are new layoffs in Sept, but we don’t post WARN notices in advance, Citi just pays out the warn period instead.

I look for hope here every morning, even on days off. Get rid of the people who want to leave already or we'll just sit here and do nothing and c4appost on thelayoff.com.
