@bn if memory serves, there was post that read, "What is Project Dolphin?" Over time, bits and pieces were filled in, then it happened in March. And it may not be over.
@cb pure ego and narcissism. How often would an employee "drop truth bombs" in a meeting before they were counseled and then quickly managed out? Working to solve problems, yes. Being frustrated by the system, sure. Having a tantrum in the Ladies Room, only if you are a lady. My understanding is that Men's Rooms are business only, no eye contact. Consistently being an @sshole in meetings is the quickest way to an exit. This is work not your performance art. You must be a real treat to work with.

@ax Likely analysts or consultants digging for information. Notice they never know an acronym and claim to be brand new so don't know the lingo
Oh they love when I drop truth bombs in meetings. Technical meetings where technical direction and discussion is supposed to be had but yet it annoys them to have to actually think and do actual work. Force these people to participate and deal with doing their jobs. Put them all in a War Room and instead of letting them hide in their offices at home, put them to work all day and make them accountable for the nonsense they try to throw over the fence and slide down the hill. They hate having to do their jobs, and get fuming. It's quite entertaining and I'll continue to hold leadership accountable whether they like it or not. Let them read the comments here. Let them know how much of failures they are. Directly, tell them about the site. Let it rot in their brains. They are pathetic.

@be not true, lots of valuable information has been shared here. Sure, in any public site, you have to use your best judgment to interpret. This may not have value to you, but that does not mean that it does not have value to many. Again, look at the number of responses to one post below. Someone really struggling, as some have admitted candidly, may have found a bit of support. A better question is why does that bother you?
@bc “they don’t want us to share information” come on, there is no useful information shared on here other than upcoming RIF dates but they’re hidden among false alarms. All the other stuff is just hearsay and opinion which is fine but is of no consequence.
@ax We are here for solidarity and support, both as coworkers, employees and as human beings. They don't want us to share information that could be used against us and is crucial for our future, so thank you to everyone who continues to do so. Working through this mess feels a little more humane with coworkers like this.
@OP Some of the people participating on this site seem to think they are part of an underground resistance movement working to bring the leadership down, get a grip, it’s just people letting off steam as they complain about FIS.
