Stay away from this group. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. The leadership is completely disconnected from the technical work, and it feels like meetings are the main thing getting done. There are also some questionable promotion decisions that I found very surprising.
Seriously, don’t put your career at risk by joining this place. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve always wondered how the person at the top made it that far. From what I’ve seen, he seems completely out of his depth and lacks a basic understanding of what’s going on.
