Another anxious week to push through knowing the managers and uppers are not going to stand up for us and for what is right! The 9/4 folks are so lucky!

Market Team- 9/4 last day. Glad it’s over. This has been like beating a dead horse. Took them to go to FL for a meeting to get this “figured” out. Meeting with director could have been an email. At this point shoot me a text. Anyway, if you made it through with no call, I hope things go well for you all! They kindly gave us the day off….. Margarita time! Something positive out of this!
I am still getting assignments one of my co workers were told she was going to a new sup,
Two of my co workers are not online since Thursday. I haven’t been told anything as of yet but still getting assignments. Nerve wracking
Leadership has no say, unfortunately. Many leaders were given a list and a RIF script last week and told good luck. I have seen a lot of people leaders (myself included) fighting these decisions and trying to protect our teams.
@bp some are making it very difficult for us suddenly and trying to get rid of us to get us out the door quicker! They don't care
@OP not sure what you expect people at the manager level, or even Director, can do. We have NO power or decision making in this situation. We know as much as you do (which is nothing), and we are just as likely to be let go. Don’t throw immediate people leaders under the bus-we can “stand up for what’s right” (and we do) but it will do nothing in this situations. Decisions are being made way higher than us.
