Merging Sales Ops, Dev PMO, Renewals Ops, PS Ops (x2), Revenue Ops, and PMO into one org is textbook eliminate redundant layers. We should all be watching for follow-on layoffs in 60-90 days, consistent with the pattern we’ve been seeing since Mark B left.

@vw Crystal was once an insider in the Executive circle when Mark B was here now she is an outsider with a target on her while Ayman continues regime change.
Significant number of employees under Crystal SVP now moved out from sales getting let go, including the leader.
@g9 Ayman is too focused on expressing that he is "the boss" rather than giving care to the things that matter. His reproachful comments on the racing car imagery for OKO last month shows that he's a micromanager who is easily distracted by the wrong details. He also made clear that he expects everyone to work more hours than they are paid for.
This kind of approach is not going to make anything better. He's oblivious to what matters when he's aiming at the micro details.
@g9 everything has gone downhill since Paul Duggan left. He tried to bring in sanity and order but was always sidetracked with Mark B short term pet projects and desire saying to grow the company. It now too much too little too late….there will be no “OpenText” by 2030 but some of the products will live on by other companies that acquire them.
@ft Ayman is going through the business piece by piece and he is stunned at how it has been run. Sales is in shambles and he is establishing leaders under him to clean house. Expect some major exits in sales leadership and continued WFRs.
Whats really going on? Can someone please share, we all know our positions aren’t secure, and if you know you probably signed an nda but please can you answer this. If exit is the goal, in about 2 yrs positions will be completely gone?
Simplifying business structure, and making it much smaller in the process, is a standard practice when preparing a company for sale.
First of all, PMO should not report S.B. She broke all existing processes and workflows in name saving 10B in 10 years. The tools and systems she bought in are worse than previous. It will be good if all her Roger’s troop cleaned with open mindset individuals.
Notice this group now reports into Ayman. Vote if no confidence for how sales ELT has been running the business.
It may not be great - but that may trim directors, VP/SVP.
