Ever since I have been here there have been constant re-orgs, executives either shifting around or departing the company, budget cuts, unreasonable financial objectives, and (seemingly) high turnover. Everything kinda seems backwards and counterintuitive.
Is this normal at every company within every industry? Is this just typical corporate maneuvering? I have only ever known LHX.

This is what happens when you hire a bunch of people sole based on just having a degree and zero experience or knowledge of the job they are full filling. I've worked several places pver the years I've seen this before. It won't end well. Its a sinking ship get out while you can.

@ep No need to shut the dump down because every day there are people putting two weeks notice. Soon there will be no one left. Dirty people will have no one to “manage”. @b7 Clifton is a dirty place run by dirty people. The ones that have been there the longest are the worst.

@OP It’s absolutely NOT normal to have 10 different managers in my 5 years service at Clifton. The place is too corrupted. This is the third company I have ever worked and the worst by far. Lately, every week several people resign. I am getting out too in a week.

No. It’s not normal. Nothing about the way they run that business is normal. Nowhere do you have 8 different managers in ONE YEAR, constant reorganization, infinitely high turnover and extremely low morale. While all big corporations have some level or area of dysfunction, nothing can compare to L3H as a corporation being completely dysfunctional. The ‘leadership’ does not have leaders and those boots on the ground workers… the ones who truly care are beat down by incredibly bad management. Corporate has no idea how hard workers work and are driving the company and its employees into the ground daily. They DO NOT care about the employees. That is a 100% fact. They DO care about huge bonuses for themselves but the employees are merely a means to an end. Replaceable in their eyes though everyone else who actually knows what they are doing know better. I’d get out of there as fast as I could before that toxic environment environment gets any worse-if you can imagine that getting worse than it is. Your mental health will thank you for leaving.
