What departments had some RIFs today? And how many? If anyone happens to know because no one is really being transparent in all this. Sad for the ones who were told today but happy for them that they get to move on and have some closure.

MET was impacted and merged with PORT, the Marketing Misrepresentation Department, now called (MERT or MORT).
LWC, Customer Service.
Appeals and Grievances CNC and LWC side.
Starcare, outbound calls. Supervisors were 86'd.
That is all I am aware of for now....
PHCO UM has a town hall tomorrow to what it says is honestly discuss the changes happening around us. I have a late 2027 release date and feel I am maxed out as far as I can! I cannot “DO” anymore then I am doing and I am sure we all feel that way. I will continue to do my best and they can raise the metrics all they want I will not work harder to make up for RIF’d employees. The sh-t is just going to be late or out of compliance I cannot do any more!

Too many to count and this is just the beginning. Some are lazy and should have been gone a long time ago but most are good, hard workers and this was not expected. Nothing is expected or even thought to be a possibility but right now, anything can and will happen. Centene is making bad decisions right now if they thing AI and offshore will work out as I bet it will eventually be their downfall …. Don’t forget the words of truth …. You will reap what you sow …. I give it 3 years max and will be back to explain what happened… I bet it will not have a happy ending for Centene
