@am At least one person was RIFed from the Oregon market today, so our market not being impacted was a lie. There may be more than one, but I only know of one for sure.

Layoffs occurred with departments at Sunshine Health. Several departments had team members receive notice either laid off right away or given 9/4 dates.
Town Hall today talked about automation in the future and that enough VSP applied and that most are safe for now. If there is a need for further people then they will be temps and/or offshore vendors
Will this round of layoffs end this week? Like if we don’t get an impromptu email by 5pm on Wednesday can we assume we are safe this round?
My team received an email stating that our market hasn’t been effected and no lay offs right now. My gut doesn’t trust them at all.

Don't believe these layoffs will end. After the restructuring I'm sure they'll find ways of laying more people off. AI is their future

Everything should be wrapped up tomorrow but at least no later than this week. Restructuring is still going to happen with many markets if not all so don’t be surprised if you are staying if you end up moving to another team. This was told during a meeting with corporate this week.
I have been layed off twice in the past two years, both times the work was outsourced after our team trained workers in the outsourcing company.
Seriously, I am so stressed. Sending good vibes and hope we make it through the week.
