Why aren't we earning monthly Verizon Dollars? There's nothing in the FAQ or terms that exclude employees, and my app says I'm earning them, yet I'm not. Surely that measly $10 wasn't all we're eligible for?!

I've spent about 16 hours on live chat over the last 2 months following up on issues with verizon dollars and shine rewards and finally was told today that "There was a Verizon-wide technical issue concerning the free rewards from Verizon Shine that is still being worked on." which after further clarification they confirmed it is also impacting verizon dollars accrual.
And Verizon shine daily deals just stopped after what, 2 weeks?
