Citi makes it look like paradise. The team culture doesn't matter when the entire company is broken. I catch myself doing and saying things I never would have anywhere else, just to keep my head above water. If you aren't cutthroat, you get destroyed. Anyone with integrity sticks out like a sore thumb here.

integrity, ethical conduct are all red flags. s*cking up, faking it, lying to the regulators, thats what works and makes you successful at Citi.
Yes and the longer you are there you start to morph into them. Been there. Off the crazy train.
Wait til you see the technology supporting the nonsense and the cursory audits and politics around that! One could write a book about the stooges who call themselves MDs and their yes-men. Don't ask questions.
