If the new SA position only covers MOW’s PTO. Who will cover open territories with no RTM? I’m not sure many DMs have the ability to do actual real work. Will they pile it on other RTMs? Good lord this is a mess. lol

Adjoining RTM's open territory will be asked to do schedule and payroll picture app etc.
@OP yeah, any maternity/paternity leave or FMLA the team is sc--wed
They’ll ask sales reps in the areas needed not to leave until they find someone to be the rtm , many will probably say hello no, some might fall for it thinking that they’ll get moved into that position only to get told they got someone else for it
