bonus targets are labor market and actual bonus is performance - grow up
I agree all levels should get the same base % of salary if things could be ungreedifyed. It’s a big club and we aren’t in it. Problem is that people who might think they are fair who become executive class suddenly think it’s all justified when they get there. I bet it would even happen to you.
I think the point is the bonus is unfair from top to bottom. When company is profitable the profits need to be more fair. I do understand higher ups will get the bigger share but atleast push for higher bonus payout for other levels lower down.
Unfortunately as I said extreme levels of greed is making people hate this level of inequality in pay
so work at the same level you feel you are being paid for. Be a slacker.
