Who else filed? Discrimination, Retaliation and a hostile work environment. This place wreaks of it! Are they piling up while HR does nothing? When the EEOC sees Nike as the employer it’s a front row seat to a charge.

@ar file it now!! It’s a systemic issue and it’s time for people to do the right thing! NOW!
@f1 I have stories for the NY times and the Oregonian. The truth doesn’t lie when you have the proof. I can only imagine the stories others have.
New York Times needs to start sniffing around again...
@a8 is that you? Bored while your guy is gone?
@ar file the complaint! If the company does anything to you it’s retaliation and you have a lawsuit. Word on the street is there is a lot of discrimination, retaliation and the work environment is hostile. The more people speak up to the EEOC the better off we will all be. They see patterns! The truth doesn’t lie.
Yeah I'd like to. Was demoted without cause. Always got minimum successful rating. Excellent positive manager and peer feedback. Perform above my pay grade. No explanation from HR or management chain. Everyone washed their hands off. I was told take it or leave it. This is clearly unethical and it's also gotta be illegal.
Any thoughts. It's the EEOC complaint anonymous to the company.
EEOC is now a tool for white men to report systemic injustice. Oh, how the tables have turned…
