With the onesy twosy layoffs still occurring why is there no info here on package? Weeks of severance? Weeks of cobra? , etc. has it drastically been reduced?

@1z2 Ya Shoulda Taken The Package!!!
Seriously, don't squander SERMA on IRMP (post Cobra). Use the marketplace and keep your income below $35k to get the max discount.
Save SERMA for medicare.
If you can constrain your income below $18k, you can get on state medicaid, which costs $0.
I retired mid June after 30 years. No layoff. I had ~450 hrs PA/Vacation so that was my severance to myself. I'm on COBRA and lucky to have a SERMA account to cover it.
No golden parachute for this buckaroo, but happy to be gone!!!
@ae 13 weeks base + 1.5 week per year of service + 12 months fully paid cobra (health vision and dental). They paid put Q2 QPB, no partial APB.
Starting a new job in 2 weeks for 25% better pay. I am in AI and active in LinkedIn and job is via a referral from a friend.
I don't believe OP isn't a package.
Look at INTC...package is much better now

@a3 is it 13 weeks and then an additional 1.5 weeks per year of service or just 13 weeks minimum? How are you doing since the lay off?
