Just got my Zoom meeting. Final separation date is Oct 23. Severance is salary/benefits/vesting through separation date plus 2 weeks of On Target Earnings (min 8 weeks) for commission employees.

What about the 2 weeks paid by each year of service? Do they still offer this?

In my division, I am uncertain about the methods employed by managers to secure their spot, there are three layers of managers present( doing almost nothing :)). All of them are saving their preferred individuals.
