Pro-rated Bonus paid in 2027

If I leave in the 4th qtr, say Nov 1 would I get 100% of the bonus next March? Is it pro-rated quarterly?

If you retirement eligible and retire or are surplussed then it is prorated. If you just leave the business you don’t get it as you have to be on payroll December 31.

When you work somewhere, keep calling leadership stupid - but you don't even know how your compensation works...

Leave before 12/31 - nothing.
Surplussed? Pro-rated.

@a1 Incorrect! If you get surplused then you get prorated success bonus.

If you meet the modified rule of 75 you will get a prorated bonus if not you don’t then you get nothing unless you work the entire year through December 31
