Qualtrics has initiated job cuts across its global operations following its recent acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta. The company cited duplication of roles between the two independently built organizations as the reason for the reductions. These layoffs are impacting employees at its dual headquarters in Seattle and Provo, Utah, as well as international offices. While the exact number of affected employees has not been disclosed, a WARN notice indicates at least 50 jobs were cut at the Seattle headquarters. CEO Jason Maynard stated these decisions were necessary to function as a single, unified team.
