How about the good ol' Call to Work calls? Get an army of people on a bridge where only like two of them are doing anything helpful. Or the ones who join late and ask for a status update. I don't miss those days. :-|

It’s so scary to leave but it’s amazing what you can make work. You’ll find it’s different … a lot less money but also you spend less on the commute and expensive cafe food work stuff and in time you will figure it out … don’t be afraid you can do it. Get your 6 months pay and make the best of it. Don’t be afraid…good luck/God Bless…
@ap Same, met with a fidelity advisor, better off than we thought, and just decided to retire after 28+ years, one of the best things for me is no more Sunday Scaries Syndrome dreading those Monday morning and the 30-60-90 reports and having to pretend to be interested in my manager who just got the job less that a year ago -giving me advice on how to close a sale.
Funny... I'm retiring after reaching my FIRE goal.
No more call outs etc and storm duty and taking the foot off the gas pedal.
Good try HR. I’m not leaving. I will continue collecting my check here while quiet quitting.
